DESCRIPTION

The set we rented is on the top floor of our house, the entrance is from our portal, fully independent, the bedroom is a good spacious room 5.5 x 4 m2 overlooking the street, the entrance to the bathroom is from the bedroom the kitchen has everything needed to prepare food, keep or study if desired, well ventilated and lighted.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room , not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

We offer a very spacious bedroom; overlooking the street, air-conditioned, besides having very good lighting and natural ventilation. The bathroom is inside the bedroom, with every comfort and total privacy. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare food if you wish; or just spend hours studying or reading. Access to the whole is independent, and architecture offer was designed to provide the guests with the comfort you deserve and respects their privacy. We receive up to two adults and two children.
