The house offers rental service rooms with two people living together in total of three: the landlord, his wife and son, two with university and other higher technical level. The room that rents are independent of the body of the house, having to cross the room and parlor for through a beautiful hall patio- reach it, one has 2 beds, private bath hot and cold air conditioning, refrigerator, with supplies, beverage, water and drinks, the other has a double bed.
