The Mrs. Pérez is a chemical engineer and she has group of rooms for rent since 1997. It is modern house that can be rented any times of the year. It has two comfortable rooms with air conditioning, with independents entrances, with private bathrooms with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, TV, refrigerators. Also it has a terrace where you can relax and enjoy with your friends. It has a secured parking lot.
 

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.
