DESCRIPTION

An indepedent APARTMENT for rent with two rooms, with an independent room, in the side of a great house. Three private rooms for rent in the same house.
Each room is exclusive for you, and not shared with anybody. You can shared with the family the common areas.
It is a luxurious, large and comfortable house, that is in the center of the city, on Presidents Avenue, which is named G street too.

Price:

Hight Season: 35 USD/night

Low Season: 30 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.

FACILITIES

A meeting room, a dining room, 110/220V, TV in the room, a hall room, air conditioning in all rooms.
Details of the Independent Apartment: two double rooms, but you can rent only one room for half the price, the second room will be close and it will not be rented to anybody. Bathroom shared for both rooms with hot water 24 hours a day, if you want the exclusive use of the bathroom, you can use the bathroom of the other room, in case that it is empty. You can use the common areas freely.
Gastronomy Service: Breakfasts and dinners. The prices are agreed in the house according to the menu. Elio, the owner doesn't prepare lunches due to across the street you can find a very economic restaurant, where all his clients eat.
Important: This house doesn't have kitchen. Why?
The owners of the houses pay taxes for their licenses, independently they are occupied or not. This taxes are more or less depending on the category of the rent. This category is given by the Cuban goverment and it is an equivalent to give stars to the hotels. If the apartments have a kitchen, the owners pay more taxes for the license. For this reason, the taxe to pay is more expensive.
From a practical point of view, the kitchen is not very useful, due to the tourist must buy their food in the market and pay them in USD. On the other hand, Cuban people can access to ''bodegas'', the butchers, the markets, where they pay in national currency (Cuban money).
Since there are a great number of fast food restaurants and cafeterias in the sorrounded of particular houses for rent with economic offers, it would be more convenient, economic and comfortable for you, to eat in particular house where you rent or to taste delicious gastronomic offers in the street, than cooking by yourself.
