DESCRIPTION

A house for rent with three rooms. Two of them are big and each room has two matrimonial beds, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathrooms with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. The third room is smaller than the others, and it has a matrimonial bed, air conditioning and a fan, a private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day.
The house has a hall room, a kitchen, a terrace, a refrigerator, TV, a kitchen with accessories, as well as a beautiful swimming pool for kids and adults. In the area of the swimming pool there are a special house (ranchón)  with barbecue, a refrigerator, TV and stereo.
It has a parking lot for two or three cars and an alarm system against intruders for theirs security.

Price:

Hight Season: 45 USD/night

Low Season: 35 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.
