DESCRIPTION

The Refugio's Hostal is a nice, quiet and secured place. It is situated in one of the best area of the city. 
The house was constructed in 1953 and it is a jewel of Cuban architectural. It is five minutes on foot from the center of the city.
Two rooms for rent with all necessary comfort. The first room is a penhouse on the third floor of the private house, and it has a kitchen and a private bathroom. Besides, it has a terrace with a pretty view of the city, ideal for taking  the sunshine and relaxing.
The second room is on first floor and independent of the house. It is sorrounded by green areas, with fruit trees and diverse ornamental vegetations, and with an area designed for the rest of the guests.
All house and the twoo rooms have air conditioning, with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, with an independent entrance,  TV and DVD, a refrigerator and a private bathroom. The house has a garage and a small gym.
They are discounts for stayin longer than 10 days.

Price:

Hight Season: 25 USD/night

Low Season: 20 USD/night

The price is for Room, not for person.

Cubans are allowed.
